I am a candidate for the Kansas House of Representatives for District 56 in Topeka Kansas. I have lived in Topeka my entire life and am very proud Kansan. I attended Highland Park High School and was the School Vice President and Head Drum Major. I am very active within my community and like to get to meet new people.
  • Every woman deserves the right to make decisions about their own bodies .
  • The second amendment does not give a free pass to those who abuse there right.
  • Teachers are the backbone of every society and the success or decline of it. Teachers deserve a livable wage
I am very passionate about, education, hate crimes, mass shootings, and women's rights. I believe that America should be a wonderful place to live and should work for everyone, not just the top one percent. It is very important that we focus on the most vulnerable in our communities and help them reach stability economically and socially.
I look up to Senator From California Kamala D. Harris. She is a true example of the "American Dream" and shows that no matter where you grew up or where you from anything is possible.
I am a very good communicator and strive to resolve issues even if I have to compromise.
The core responsibility for elected officials is to promote there constituent's views and vote accordingly to those.
I want people to remember me as a person who truly cared about all people.
The first historical event the really shaped my thinking was the shooting in Florida at Stoneman Douglas High School. I was 16 when it happened and can remember how I wanted to stop these types of horrible massacres.
The first job I had was a Taco Johns in Lawrence Kansas, I had worked there for only a short time during the school year for fun.

The most important difference is that the Senate has the final vote and is the upper chamber. I think it is great that this is in place to resemble the United States Congress.
I do not. The reason I think this is because legislators resemble their districts and live close to there constitutes.
there are many great challenges but making sure women are taken seriously when a sexual assault occurs. Human trafficking has gone up in the United States and especially in Kansas which has more than any other state.
The ideal relationship is cordial and professional. Kansans work together not apart.
