Four Avon City Charter Amendment questions were on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Lorain County, which is in Ohio, where three were approved and one was defeated.

The first amendment was approved and concerned the City Council.

The second amendment was approved and concerned the Civil Service Commission.

The third amendment was defeated and concerned public bidding.

The fourth amendment was approved and concerned the Charter Review Commission.[1]
