B. Dwight Goains was a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas. He was appointed to this position on November 10, 2007, and he retired from the court on November 9, 2015.[1][2]
Education
Goains received his undergraduate degree from National University and his J.D. from South Texas College of Law.[3]
