“ | PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO SECTION 12.1 OF THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF BAD AXE TO INCREASE FROM FIVE HUNDRED ($500.00) DOLLARS TO TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED ($2,500.00) DOLLARS THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT FOR CITY PURCHASES WITHOUT COMPETITIVE PRICING BEING OBTAINED OR REQUESTED.
This charter amendment is proposed for the purpose of changing the maximum amount for purchases of materials, supplies or public improvement by the City Council without competitive pricing being obtained or requested from five hundred ($500.00) dollars to Two Thousand Five Hundred ($2,500.00) dollars. SHALL THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE CHARTER AT CHAPTER 12, SECTION 12.1 BE ADOPTED?[1][2] |
