Bader & Associates, Inc., owned by Tom Bader and Joy Bader, was a petition drive management company that qualifies ballot initiatives using paid signature-gatherers. Based in California, Bader & Associates, Inc. managed the Gray Davis recall petition drive in 2003, that resulted in Arnold Schwarzenegger winning the 2003 campaign to become the Governor of California.

  • Bader & Associates, Inc. conducted the signature gathering drive to qualify the Referendum on California Senate Bill 60 (2003). Because of the Referendum, the California Legislature repealed Senate Bill 60, giving newly elected Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger his first legislative victory as the Governor of California.[9]
  • Bader & Associates (not yet incorporated) managed the petition drive to qualify Gray Davis recall (2003) for the ballot.[10]
