Bailey appointed to newly-created 431st District Court

Texas: Gov. Perry appointed Jonathan Bailey to a new position on 431st Judicial District Court on January 21, 2011. The court, which is composed of Denton County, was created on January 1, 2011. The appointment is subject to confirmation by the Senate. Bailey will serve until the next general election if confirmed. He is currently an attorney with the Kuzmich Law Firm PC.[1][2]
