Over half a million people have already learned what’s on their 2018 ballots at Ballotpedia.org
Middleton, Wis. - June 27, 2018: Ballotpedia’s sample ballot tool counted it’s 500,000th look-up for 2018 last week. The tool, which was first launched in 2014, has been equipping 2018 midterm voters with the information they need to feel confident about their decisions at the polls.
Ballotpedia’s sample ballot tool includes information on all federal and statewide elections, including ballot measures, nationwide. Voters living in the 100 most-populated cities in the United States can find a comprehensive sample ballot which includes their local elections. This means that Ballotpedia delivers complete sample ballots to over 60 million citizens.
“Voters need more than a list of names to feel confident at the polls,” said Geoff Pallay, Ballotpedia’s Editor in chief. “Ballotpedia has provided over half a million people with additional information beyond a name and a party. Sample ballot users can click through to our 270,000 encyclopedic articles about candidates and learn even more from our election coverage.”
