Jim Barnes- The 2016 RNC and DNC conventions will be Barnes’ 17th and 18th conventions, respectively. Barnes brings an intimate familiarity with the process and historic reference for what could happen in 2016.
Charles Aull- Aull has been spearheading the delegate project at Ballotpedia. His research on who the delegates are and their roles in conventions will shape Ballotpedia’s coverage in Cleveland and Philadelphia.
Emily Aubert- Aubert has researched and synthesized the types of delegates to both the RNC and DNC and what their roles will be. Additionally, Aubert has led a project of summarizing the state delegate rules.
Sarah Rosier- Rosier is the Federal Desk Editor and has overseen the growth of Ballotpedia’s convention project. She will moderate this panel.
