Ballot title
The ballot title for Measure L was as follows:
| “ | In order to raise between $20,289 and $405,790 annually for general municipal services such as public safety, parks, roads, and senior and yourth programs, shall the City of Banning adopt an ordinance imposing a tax on cannabis distribution facilities at an annual rate not to exceed 10% of the distribution facilitiy's gross receipts until ended by voters, with the Cuoncil having discretion to increase or decrease the tax as long as it does not exceed 10%? | ” |
