  • As a candidate for the NJ State Assembly, I bring a winning combination of a diverse background and a passion for community service. Drawing on my experience in both public and private sectors, I have the ability to strike a balance between personal and state interests. My skills in working with all stakeholders to developed innovative solutions will enable me to effectively address the pressing issues facing our district and advocate for positive change at the state level.
  • my accounting background equips me with a distinctive viewpoint. I possess an in-depth comprehension of financial management and fiscal responsibility, essential traits necessary for effective budget management and informed tax policy decisions. Moreover, my proficiency in analyzing financial data and identifying opportunities for cost savings will enable me to champion responsible spending and ensure the efficient utilization of taxpayer funds.
  • My campaign slogan is centered on four fundamental principles that I believe are essential to good governance: accountability, responsibility, transparency, and inclusivity. By prioritizing these values, we can ensure that the government remains answerable to the people it serves. Taking responsibility allows us to guarantee that governance is efficient and effective, with a focus on meeting the needs of all citizens. Transparency is a core value of my administration, as it helps to build trust and foster open communication between the government and its constituents. Lastly, inclusivity is a crucial component of a thriving society. As a leader, I am committed to creating an environment that values and amplifies everyone's voices.
I am personally passionate about a variety of public policy issues, including defending women's freedom to choose, gun safety, public education, healthcare, veteran care, etc. However, there are two issues that I would like to start working on right away: environmental sustainability and educational reform. 1) I firmly believe that policies to combat climate change, safeguard natural resources, and support renewable energy sources are necessary; and 2) I am deeply committed to enhancing our educational system by promoting equitable access to high-quality education, cutting-edge teaching strategies, and sufficient resources for both students and teachers.
I look up to my mother. Her perseverance and fortitude in the face of all the obstacles life has thrown her way have inspired me throughout my life. She has taught me the value of perseverance and never giving up, no matter how challenging the situation. She has helped me become the person I am today by providing unfailing support and unconditional love.
There is no one book or essay or film for me, I have an open mind and like to learn from everyone around me. I do like the West Wing though.
Integrity, transparency, and accountability are a few of the most crucial qualities of an elected person. These guidelines are essential for winning over constituent trust and ensuring that choices are made with the public's best interests in mind. For an elected representative to effectively represent their constituents and negotiate complicated political environments, excellent communication skills and the capacity for teamwork are also necessary.
They must also be approachable, financially responsible, accepting of others, and a great leader. Being approachable enables elected leaders to engage with their citizens, pay attention to their issues, and effectively meet their requirements. By ensuring prudent and open management of public funds, fiscal responsibility fosters accountability and confidence. Representatives that are open-minded are better able to take into account various viewpoints and decide in a way that benefits the entire community. Last but not least, an elected person with good leadership abilities inspires trust in their capacity to support and speak for their constituents even under trying conditions.
In addition to my accounting expertise, I possess strong analytical skills that allow me to identify patterns and trends in financial data. This enables me to make accurate forecasts and projections, which are crucial for effective budget planning. Furthermore, my attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks ensure that I can efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously. These qualities, combined with my passion for promoting fiscal responsibility, make me confident in my ability to be a successful officeholder. I also have a good ability to communicate with and build consensus among diverse groups and stakeholders. I've worked with a variety of teams, including colleagues, managers, and the senior management team. My strong communication abilities enable me to successfully listen to many points of view and identify common ground, enabling a collaborative and inclusive decision-making process.
I am an honest person who practices fiscal responsibility and supports diversity because I think that different points of view help us make better decisions.
I would want to be a genie because they have the power to grant wishes and possess incredible magical abilities. Being a genie would allow me to bring joy and happiness to people's lives by fulfilling their deepest desires. With so much pain and suffering in the world, being a genie would give me the opportunity to make a positive impact and spread love and positivity. Additionally, as a genie, I would have the freedom to explore different realms and experience adventures beyond imagination, making every day an exciting new journey.
I've heard many stories while canvassing, one such story is about a woman living by herself and on disability who could not afford to pay her rent because she does not have a steady income and the price for the apartment keep rising. To supplement her income a GoFundMe was setup for her and she even had a bake sale to raise rent money.
We must solve the housing problem in New Jersey and provide residents with more options for affordable housing. Finding acceptable and affordable accommodation has become incredibly challenging for many people and families because of the rising cost of living. Besides low-income people, this problem also impacts middle-class families that are having financial difficulties. Legislators must give the creation of affordable housing programs top priority if they are to lessen the burden on New Jersey citizens and guarantee that everyone has access to safe and affordable housing.
Yes, compromise is both required and desirable for effective policymaking. It enables policymakers to evaluate a diverse variety of viewpoints and identify common ground, resulting in more fair and inclusive policies. Compromise promotes cooperation and collaboration among various stakeholders, increasing the likelihood that the final policies will be implemented successfully.

While compromise has its advantages, it is critical to achieve a balance. Over compromising on specific principles or ideals can dilute policy effectiveness or result in outcomes that are not in the public interest. As a result, in each policymaking situation, I will carefully assess the extent and nature of a compromise to ensure that it matches with the interests and values of the people I serve.

Because of my accounting experience, I would be interested in serving on the budget committee. My accounting experience, I feel, would considerably benefit the budget committee's decision-making process. I am confident in my abilities to analyze financial data and provide informed recommendations for optimal resource allocation due to my good understanding of financial principles and expertise managing budgets.
