Barbara Brazzel-Massaro is a judge on the Waterbury District Superior Court in Connecticut.[1] Judge Brazzel-Massaro was appointed to the bench in 2008 by Governor Mary Jodi Rell. Her current term expires May 6, 2024.[2]
