Barbara Bush was a Republican candidate for Middlesex, Suffolk and Essex District in the Massachusetts State Senate in the November 2, 2010, state legislative elections.[1]

Bush was unchallenged in the September 14 Republican primary. She was defeated by Sal DiDomenico (D) in the November 2 general election.[2]
