Barbara Crowder

Barbara Crowder was a judge of the Third Circuit of Illinois. She joined the court in January 1999 and retired in December 2018.[1]
Education
Crowder received a B.A. in speech communication from the University of Illinois in 1978 and a J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1981.[2][3]
