Barbara Halsey
Barbara Halsey is the Division 7 judge of the Second Circuit in Arkansas. She has held the seat since 2007. She was re-elected to the Second Circuit on May 20, 2014 for a term expiring in 2020.[1][2][3][4]

Education
Halsey earned her undergraduate degree at Arkansas State University and her J.D. at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.[5]
Career
Halsey practiced in family law before becoming a judge, and is also a former teacher. Halsey was admitted to the bar in 1988.[5][6]
