Barbara Hankinson
Barbara Hankinson was a Republican candidate in the April 24 special election for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, District 186. The special election was called to fill the vacancy created when Kenyatta Johnson (D) resigned after being elected to the Philadelphia City Council in November 2011.[1]
