Barbara L. Marley was a judge on the Fostoria Municipal Court in Ohio. She was elected in 2011 and passed away unexpectedly in April 2012.

2011 election

Marley defeated Barbara A. Dibble and Carol L. Reffner in the general election on November 8, winning 45.73 percent of the vote.
