Barbara Leff (b. May 14, 1947) is a former Republican member of the Arizona State Senate. She represented the 11th District from 2003 to 2011. She served in the Arizona House of Representatives from 1996 to 2002.

Biography

Leff earned her B.A. from Boston University in 1969 and her M.S. in social work from Simmons College in 1971. Her professional experience includes working as a Medical Social Worker for the Veterans Administrator from 1971 to 1975, Community College Instructor for Glendale Community College from 1986 to 1988 and owning Scottsdale Sports Center.

Leff was ineligible to run for re-election in 2010 due to Arizona's term limits.

In 2008, Leff was re-elected to the Arizona State Senate, District 11. She finished with 43,702 votes while her opponent Ann Wallack finished with 36,376 votes.[1] Leff raised $131,383 for her campaign fund.
