Barbara N. Bellis

Barbara N. Bellis is a judge of the Fairfield District Superior Court in Connecticut.[1]She was appointed to the bench on June 3, 2003 by Governor John Rowland. Judge Bellis serves as the assistant administrative judge, the civil presiding judge and the e-filing judge for the Fairfield Judicial District. She also provides training for new judges in the areas of domestic violence and e-filing.[2]
Education
Bellis earned an undergraduate degree from Boston College in 1983, with majors in classics and economics. She was awarded a J.D. in 1986 from Catholic University in Washington, D.C.[3]
