Richardson earned a B.S. from Stanford University and a J.D. from Hastings College of the Law.

Career

Prior to her appointment, Richardson served as a per diem judge for 14 years and worked in private practice for nine years. She also worked for the County of Hawaii's Office of the Corporation Counsel.
