Barbara Reece
Barbara Reece is a former Democratic member of the Georgia House of Representatives, representing District 11 from 1999 to 2013.
Biography
Reece's professional experience includes working as a business partner with B and B Enterprises, a home economist, and a teacher.
Reece serves on the Blue Ridge Area Health Education Center Board of Directors, is a member of the Chattooga Chamber of Commerce, a charter member at Leadership Chattooga, and a Legislative Liaison for Northwest Georgia Osteoporosis Initiative.[1]

2012
Reece ran in the 2012 election for Georgia House of Representatives District 12. Reece ran unopposed in the Democratic primary on July 31, 2012. Eddie Lumsden ran unopposed in the Republican primary and defeated Reece in the general election on November 6, 2012.[2]
2010
Reece ran for re-election to the 11th District seat in 2010. She had no opposition in the July 20 primary and no one filed to run against her in the general election. The general election took place on November 2, 2010.[3]

2008
In 2008, Reece was re-elected to the Georgia House of Representatives District 11. Reece (D) finished with 9,406 votes while her opponent Betty Brady (R) finished with 6,257 votes.[4] Reece raised $49,902 for her campaign fund.[5]
