Barbara Rollins
Barbara Rollins was a judge on the Taylor County Court at Law in Texas. She served on the court from 1988 to 2010. She was succeeded by Sam Carroll, but when Carroll died after a bicycle accident in August 2015, Rollins was appointed back onto the court. She resigned again in December 2016, after Harriett Haag was elected to the position in the November general election.[1][2]
