Barbara Toles (b. July 31, 1956) is a former Democratic member of the Wisconsin State Assembly, representing the 17th District from 2004 to 2013. She served as Majority Caucus Vice Chair.

Toles previously served as a Community Outreach Coordinator and Adjunct Faculty Member/Advisor for the Milwaukee Area Technical College.

She is a member of the Milwaukee Forum, National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated, and state director of Women in Government.[1]

Toles was re-elected to Wisconsin State Assembly District 17. She was unopposed in the general election on November 2, 2010. She defeated Democrat Michael Erdmann in the September 14, 2010, primary election.[2]
