A Barefoot Bay District Voter Eligibility Amendment question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Brevard County, which is in Florida, where it was defeated.

This was a non-binding question. If approved, this question would have indicated that the Barefoot Bay Entertainment District is in favor of an amendment to the charter allowing property owners who are not registered electors to vote for Board of Trustee members. No action to amend would have resulted from this question alone.[1]
