Barrington Daniels Parker (1915-1993) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.

Judge Parker was nominated by President Richard Nixon on SSeptember 15, 1969, to replace Joseph McGarraghy. He was confirmed by the Senate on December 18th, and received commission on December 19th. On December 19, 1985, he assumed senior status and served in that capacity until his death on June 2, 1993.[1]
