Barry Marcum was a judge of the West Virginia Magistrate Courts.

Marcum (Democratic Party) ran for election to the West Virginia House of Delegates to represent District 20. He lost in the Democratic primary on May 8, 2018.

Marcum is a former magistrate judge in Mingo County, West Virginia. He was appointed in May 2015 to succeed Judge Pam Newsome.[1]

Marcum ran for re-election in 2016.[2] He lost in the general election on May 10, 2016.
