Education

Schwartz earned his B.A. from the Pennsylvania State University in 1967. He earned his J.D. from St. John's University School of Law in 1972.[1]

2013

Schwartz ran for election to the Supreme Court 11th Judicial District. General: He was elected in the general election on November 5, 2013, with 23.1 percent of the vote. John F. Casey, Kerry John Katsorhis, Robert J. McDonald and Jeremy S. Weinstein were also on the ballot, competing for three open seats.[3][4][5][6]
