Barry Sims
Barry Sims was the Division 7 judge of the Sixth Circuit of Arkansas. He began serving in 2003. He was re-elected to the Sixth Circuit on May 20, 2014 for a term expiring in 2020.[1][2][3][4] Sims was reelected again in 2020 and retired from the court on February 28, 2022.[5]

Sims received his undergraduate degree from Hendrix College in 1982 and earned his J.D. from University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1985.[6][2]
