Barry T. LaBarbera

Barbara T. LaBarbera is a judge for the Superior Court of San Luis Obispo County in California.[1] LaBarbera was appointed to the court by Governor Pete Wilson in 1998.[2]
LaBarbera was elected to a two-year term as assistant presiding judge of the court in December 2015, beginning January 1, 2016.[3]
Education
LaBarbera earned his B.A. from Ohio State University and his J.D. from the University of San Diego.[4]
Elections
2012
LaBarbera ran for re-election to the superior court in 2012. As an unopposed incumbent, his name did not appear on the ballot. After the primary election, LaBarbera was automatically re-elected.[5]
