A Beach City Village Income Tax question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Stark County, which is in Ohio, where it was defeated.

This question would have authorized the Village of Beach City to impose a 0.5% income tax for the purpose of general operations, maintenance and equipment for the Village.[1]

“ Shall the Ordinance providing for a ½ per cent levy on income for the purpose of providing additional revenues for general use of operations, maintenance, new equipment, extension and enlargement of Village services and facilities, and capital improvements, effective from January 1, 2013 be passed?[1][2] ”
