Language on the ballot:
“ | Shall Article XIV, Section 14.01.01 of the Charter of the City of Bedford Heights be amended to provide that the first organizational meeting of the Charter Review Commission shall occur within thirty days after the certification of the election of the Charter Review Commission members by the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections?[1][2] | ” |
