Language on the ballot:

Shall Article V, Section 5.01, of the Charter of the City of Bedford Heights be amended to state that nomination for the elective office of council-at-Large be made only by petition, signed by not less than seventy-five registered electors of the City of Bedford Heights?[1][2]
