A Bedford Heights Secretary Amendment measure was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Cuyahoga County, which is in Ohio where it was approved.
This measure amended the Bedford Heights City Charter to no longer require the Clerk of Council to serve as Secretary of the Civil Service Commission.[1]
