Bellevue School District Levy Replacements, 2 (February 2010)
There were two Bellevue School District Levy Replacement measures on the February 9 ballot in King County for voters in the Bellevue school district.
Both measure were approved
Proposition 1
Proposition 2
- YES 15,347 (62.77%)
- NO 9,104 (37.23%)[1]
The first measure sought renew a levy that will expire, the money from this levy is used for maintenance and operation costs. The levy will be in the amount of $1.11 per $1,000 of assessed property value for a further four years.[2]
The second measure sought to add an addition $.18 to the district tax for a further five years in order to help fun the technology and capital projects that are in place, such as updating equipment in the schools.[3]
