Ben Harris (Texas)
Ben Harris was a member of the Plano City Council in Texas. He was first elected in 2009. He was the deputy mayor pro tempore of Plano.[1] Harris was unable to file for re-election in 2017 because of the two-term limit set forth in Section 3.01 of the city's charter.[2]
Biography
Harris holds a B.S. in government from the University of Texas, Austin. His professional experience includes working for Sanofi-Aventis Pharmaceuticals and the Office of the Lieutenant Governor of Texas. In 2011, he began working as the vice president of business development at The Medical Center of Plano.[1]
