Ben W. Hooper
Ben W. Hooper, II was a judge for the Fourth Circuit Court in Tennessee. He took the bench in 1993 and retired on August 31, 2017.[1]
Prior to joining the circuit court, Hooper served eight years as a member of the Tennessee State Senate.[1]
Biography
Hooper earned an undergraduate degree and a J.D. from the University of Tennessee. His professional experience includes work as an attorney in private practice with the firm Campbell & Hooper.[2]
