Two of seven seats on the Arlington Independent School District board of trustees were up for at-large general election on May 6, 2017. In Place 6, incumbent Bowie Hogg filed for re-election. He defeated challenger Hunter Crow. In Place 7, incumbent Kecia Mays defeated challenger Benita Shepherd.[1]
