Benjamin A. Diener
Benjamin A. Diener is the judge for the Circuit Court of Carroll County in Indiana. He was first elected in 2012, and his term expired in 2018.
Education
Diener received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Indiana University. He received his J.D.from Barry University School of Law.[1]
Career
At the time of his election, Diener worked in private practice in Indiana. Prior to returning to Indiana to practice law, he served as Assistant Attorney General in Texas, where he is also licensed to practice law.[1]
2012 election
Diener was defeated incumbent Donald E. Currie in the May 8, 2012 primary election.[2] He defeated independent Nicholas C. McLeland in the general election.
