Benjamin Franklin Keller (1857-1921) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.[1]

He received a recess appointment from President William McKinley on June 18, 1901 and was nominated on December 5th. He was confirmed by the Senate on December 17, 1901 and received commission that same day. He served until his death on August 8, 1921.[1]
