Benjamin H. Culbertson is a circuit court judge for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in South Carolina.[1] He was elected to the court by the South Carolina General Assembly in May 2007 to replace Judge Paula H. Thomas. He was re-elected by the assembly in 2009, 2015, and 2021. His current term expires in 2027.[2][3][4]

Education

Culbertson received his undergraduate degree in history from The Citadel in 1981 and his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1984.[5]
