Benjamin Harrison (Federal Judge)
Benjamin Harrison (1888-1960) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
He was nominated by President Franklin Roosevelt on June 11, 1940 to a seat created by 54 Stat. 219, 220. He was confirmed by the Senate on June 22nd, and received commission on June 26th. In 1959, he was the Chief Judge of this court. He served on this court until his death on August 13, 1960.
