Benjamin M. Batchelder

Benjamin M. Batchelder was an assistant judge of the superior court in Orleans County, Vermont.[1][2][3] He was re-elected on November 4, 2014, for a term that expired on January 31, 2019.[4]

Batchelder ran for re-election to the Vermont Superior Courts, as an assistant judge of Orleans County.
Primary: He ran unopposed in the Republican primary on August 26, 2014.
General: He faced Democrat Larry Duane, Democrat John Elwell, Republican Curtis A. Hardy and Independent Bob Benson in the general election on November 4, 2014, and won with 31.4 percent of the vote. Candidates competed for two open seats.[4][5][6][7]
2010
Batchelder received 45.1 percent of votes in the primary and 58.17 percent of the vote in the general election, winning the re-election (along with Judge Robert Goodby).[2][8]
