Benjamin R. Simpson
Benjamin R. Simpson was a judge for the First Judicial District Court in Idaho.[1] He became a judge for the court in 2011 and was re-elected in May 2014. Simpson retired from the bench before the end of his last term on April 30, 2015.[2][3][4]

Education
Simpson received his undergraduate degree from California State University, Chico and his J.D. from Gonzaga University.[5]
Career
Prior to joining the First Judicial District Court, Simpson served as a magistrate for 10 years. He also previously practiced law for 16 years in Wallace, Idaho.[4]
