Benny B. Waggoner is a magistrate judge of the Eighth District of Iowa. He was appointed to this position in 2002 to serve Jefferson County.[1]

Education

Waggoner received his undergraduate and law degrees from Vanderbilt University in 1967 and 1970, respectively.[1]

Career

Waggoner has worked as a private practice lawyer in Fairfield, Iowa since 1983.[1]
