Benson Hough
Benson W. Hough (1875-1935) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
He was nominated by President Calvin Coolidge on January 31, 1925 to replace John Elbert Sater. He was confirmed by the Senate on February 9, 1925, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on November 19, 1935.[1] Hough was succeeded in this position by Mell Underwood.
