I am a mother, a land steward for our hay farm with my family in Texas County, MO., a singer/songwriter, and I am running for State House Rep in District 143!
  • I am interested in talking with, and helping small farm owners, the MFA, and discouraging CAFO's.
  • I am determined to help improve our schools, and the school system, help acquire better pay/benefits for teachers, and small businesses in my district.
  • I am a vocal proponent for gun rights, for folks who live in my district, and beyond! I'm not your "typical" Democrat, though I do share some Democratic values.
Schools, education, small farms, agriculture, small businesses, roads, infrastructure, broadband access, transparency and ethics, healthcare, jobs, public safety and law enforcement, fiscal responsibility.
I am inspired my Mother Theresa, who spent her life helping the sick and the poor, Abraham Lincoln, from whom I am descended, Maya Angelou, Marie Curie, Leonardo da Vinci, Nelson Mandela, Martin Luther King, Jr.
To search for the will of the people, and represent them, by working your hardest to help them.
The first important historical event that I can remember, was the impeachment of Richard Nixon. I was five years of age.
My first job was working at a pizza parlor, at 14, in St. Charles, MO, where I grew up and attended school. I worked there throughout high school.
"To Kill A Mockingbird." It shows the truth about humanity, in ways we may not have thought of, before..
I believe there should be term limits.
