Bernard C. Silver
Bernard C. "Bernie" Silver was a judge of the 13th Judicial Circuit Court in Florida. He was first elected on November 7, 2006, effective the following January. He was re-elected in 2012.[1][2][3] He resigned his seat on July 10, 2015.[4]
Education
Silver received his B.A.E. degree from the University of Florida (1967) and his law degree from Stetson University School of Law in 1971.[1][5]
Career
Silver ran his own law firm for 26 years. He also served as a Tampa city attorney. In 2006, he was elected to the circuit court.[3]
2012 election
Silver was unopposed and automatically re-elected following the primary election on August 14, 2012.[6]
