Bernard Graham is a judge of the Kings County Surrogate's Court in New York. He assumed office on January 1, 2024. His current term ends on December 31, 2037.
Graham (Democratic Party) ran in a special election for judge of the Kings County Surrogate's Court in New York. He won in the special general election on November 7, 2023.
He was appointed as Acting Surrogate to replace Carol Edmead following her 2022 retirement.[1]

Graham attended the State University of New York at Stony Brook for his Bachelor of Arts and Brooklyn Law School for his J.D.[2][3][4]

Finnegan, Desmond Green, Dawn M. Jimenez-Salta, Mendy Mirocznik, Ilan Schoenberger, Kenneth Sherman and Betty J. Williams were also on the ballot, competing for five open seats.[5][6][7]
