Bernard Skomal
Bernard Skomal is a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. He was sworn in to this position on April 28, 2010.[1]
Early life and education
Judge Skomal earned his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 1984.[1]
Professional career
Judge Skomal was in private practice between 1989 and 1997. That year, he became an Assistant Public Defender for Mendocino County, California until 1998.[1]
