- I am running for re-election to continue serving the citizens of Iredell County and to help guide the county through a period of continued growth. I believe growth must be responsibly managed, with an emphasis on economic development through new business and business expansion, while opposing unchecked residential growth, including high-density development, that strains county services and impacts quality of life.
- As a commissioner, I have focused on protecting local decision-making, strengthening public safety, and ensuring county services are delivered efficiently while keeping taxes as low as possible. I have also opposed efforts that would weaken local control over zoning and land-use decisions.
- My goal is to continue putting the people of Iredell County first, maintaining strong county services, and ensuring public safety remains a top priority.
I am also deeply focused on managing growth responsibly. I support economic development through new business and business expansion, while opposing unchecked residential growth, including high-density development, that places strain on county infrastructure, emergency services, and taxpayers.
