Beth A. Fraser is a district court judge for the Snohomish County South Division in Snohomish County, Washington.[1] She was appointed by the Snohomish County Council and sworn in on February 12, 2013.[2] She was later re-elected by voters in 2014, winning a four-year term that expired on January 6, 2019.[3] [4]
